TEA MIND

Chadou, also known as Japanese tea ceremony,  is a Japanese cultural activity involving the ceremonial preparation and presentation of matcha, powdered green tea, the art of which is called Temae (點前). I tried to introduce this activity to Hong Kong young people, especially whose just graduated and started their first job, as the process of Temae is a kind of mediation which can help people to reduce anxiety and release pressure.
